The phone comes with a large 6.77-inch AMOLED display running at 120Hz, a 5,200mAh battery, and a 50MP stabilized main camera. The price starts at €329, and pre-orders are already open.
Here’s the question worth asking — if a company can pack flagship-like specs into a phone this affordable, why do other companies keep asking for so much more?
Vivo V80: Bigger Battery, Bigger Promises
Now to Vivo. Reports suggest the V80 series will launch next month, and this time the battery could go as high as 7,200mAh. The standard V80 is expected to carry a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip, the cameras will carry the ZEISS branding, and charging will hit 90W. As for pricing, the company’s message is that it will stay in line with the current V70 lineup — meaning more features, but supposedly no extra burden on your wallet. At least, that’s the claim for now.
Pixel 11: Google’s “More Expensive” Decision
And now, the most interesting news of all — Google’s Pixel 11 lineup. According to a fresh leak, the entire range is expected to cost €100 more than its Pixel 10 predecessors in Europe. And that’s not all — Google is also rumored to drop the 128GB base storage option entirely. So if you want the cheapest Pixel 11 available, you’ll have to start at 256GB.
Which raises the real question — when the entry-level option itself disappears, is that really an “upgrade,” or just a new way of raising the price?
